Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If I anticipate a longer time, due to availability of materials, I will let you know at the time of your order.

I ship USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping costs $7.00.  

Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like to upgrade to Express mail for an additional cost. I insure packages over $100.

All merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the piece is in its original condition. If you would like to return your order and get a full refund, please reach out to me through my contact form and I will respond with instructions. I do not currently accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product that you purchased, please return the unwanted item and start a new order.

If your piece of Karen Jabo Jewelry happens to break, I will repair the piece for free within 3 months of purchase. Jewelry that needs repair due to normal wear and tear can be repaired for a fee. Please contact me at karen.jabo@gmail.com or through my contact form if you need a piece repaired. Once I receive communication about a repair, I will give you instructions on shipping the piece to my studio.

Karen Jabo Jewelry is made using sterling silver, freshwater pearls, glass, natural stones, and other high quality materials. My designs use a variety or finishes to create the desired look. To keep all silver jewelry from tarnishing, store pieces in airtight baggies to avoid oxidization. For specific  finishes:

• Matte finish: use a cream polish such as “Wrights”. Rub polish on the piece with a sponge or cloth and then rinse with water. This product will not harm pearls or stones.  

• High polish: use cream polish, a polishing cloth, or other types of polish. Do not use any kind of dipping product if your piece contains pearls or other stones.

• Satin finish: satin finish is actually very fine scratches on the metal. Use “Scotch Bright” or steel wool to rub the piece clean. Many satin-finished pieces are also antiqued, so do not dip these in liquid cleaner as it will remove the antiquing.
